Anticipation is high for Shah Rukh Khan's forthcoming movie Jawan, which is set to be his second release of 2023 following Pathaan. According to reports, Jawan is expected to cause a stir at the box office, with many in the industry predicting it will be SRK's most expensive film to date.
According to an entertainment news portal, Jawan was produced with a budget of Rs 300 crore. SRK has spent a considerable amount of money to provide his viewers with an exceptional cinematic experience. It seems that Atlee, the director, also places great faith in the power of the theatrical medium.
According to the report, SRK was aware that Pathaan would set a high standard, and so he aimed to make Jawan even more impressive than Siddharth Anand's film. To achieve this, the team shot high-energy action scenes on large sets instead of using greenscreen technology like in Pathaan, in order to create a more authentic atmosphere.
Pathaan was produced with a budget of Rs 250 crore and it surpassed many box office records, becoming the most successful film of SRK's career. Previously, his movies like Zero, Dilwale, Ra.One, Fan, Raees, and Happy New Year were made with budgets of Rs 200 crore, Rs 135 crore, Rs 130 crore, Rs 120 crore, Rs 95 crore, and Rs 150 crore respectively.
Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara will be seen together for the first time in the movie Jawan. The film features Deepika Padukone in a cameo appearance and also stars Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, and Ridhi Dogra in significant roles, among others.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan will also be seen in Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki with Taapsee Pannu.
