TrOyMaN is an American rapper, songwriter, and producer from Atlanta, Georgia. He competed and finished 4th on the first-ever season of Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow. Troy’s popular songs include “Streetlight”, “Again” and “I Love It.” He’s dropped projects such as A.P.R.I.L (2019), FREE GOLD (2015), and The EP MAD (2015). In 2016, Troy released a handful of singles – “Let U Go” and “Anything”. The following year he released the mixtape, A.P.R.i.L (A Period Realizing Infinite Life). It was supported by songs “I Love It”, “AC”, “S.O.S (Intro)” and “Lullaby (FDS).” A.P.R.i.L was re-released in October 2019. It can now be found on platforms like Apple Music, Tidal, and Spotify. Troy’s 4-track compilation, S.O.R.Y, was released in January 2018. The following year he appeared on the single “Daylight” from Caleb Colossus’ album When Paint Smears (2019). He was featured on Ali Tomineek’s singles “All That Jazz” and “2 Missed Calls.” He also has a collab with Londynn B titled “Blessings.”

In 2019, TrOyMaN had a memorable run on season 1 of Netflix’ Rhythm + Flow. The Bay Area rapper brought his ‘A’ game with performances like “Streetlight” (prod. by Tay Keith) and “Again” (prod. by G-Dav). He held his own in a rap battle against Denver’s Jakob Campbell. Rhythm + Flow premiered on October 9, 2019, with T.I., Chance the Rapper and Cardi B serving as main judges. Several guest judges appeared throughout the competition (Fat Joe, Snoop Dogg, Nipsey Hussle, Big Boi, Jadakiss, etc). TrOyMaN finished in 4th place out of 30+ unsigned rappers. Season 1 of Rhythm + Flow was ultimately won by D Smoke (Inglewood, CA) with Flawless Real Talk (Providence, RI) and Londynn B (Atlanta, GA) finishing in 2nd and 3rd place respectively.
